Each month’s book features the winners and selected highlights chosen by our judges. If your pet was selected that month, they’ll appear with their own mini-bio. Even if not, you’ll still enjoy a beautiful collection of the community’s cutest pets. If you have received an email that your pet will be in the book, your pet will be included.

👉 Can I order the book if my pet didn’t win?

Absolutely. Many people buy the photobook simply to enjoy the adorable pets from our community or to give as a gift. You don’t have to be a winner to order.

👉 What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?

We stand behind our quality. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing issue, just send us a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.

👉 What is the quality of the photobook?

Each photobook is printed with premium materials: matte laminated cover (hardcover or softcover), 170gsm silk-finished pages, and professional binding — the same standard as luxury coffee-table books.

👉 When will I receive my order?

Printing takes about 6 business days, and shipping times are shown at checkout based on your location.

👉 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For orders out of Australia, we print locally to reduce shipping / import times

👉 Can I order as a gift for someone else?

Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient and even add a personalized gift note at checkout. Prices will not be shown on gift orders.
