Where can I see a preview of the calendar?

We're eagerly finalizing the calendar and can't wait to share it with you. As soon as the selection process is complete and we're set with the pre-orders, we'll provide a preview. Stay tuned, it's shaping up to be fantastic!

When will I receive my calendar?

Your calendar should be on its way to you within 7-10 working days after your order. If you haven't received a tracking number by then, please contact our support team at support@pixapaw.com, and we'll assist you promptly.

What if someone else picks the same month as me, or wants to be on the cover?

Each accepted pet submission is guaranteed a full-page photo in a specific month. We assure you that your pet will have its unique spotlight. In case of high interest, we might create multiple calendar versions for different regions, ensuring every pet gets its moment of fame.

Do you have many versions of the calendar, and what if my pet isn't chosen?

While we wish we could feature every submission, due to limited space, only a select number of pets that meet our quality guidelines will be included. If your pet's submission is accepted, you'll definitely see them in one of the versions. We're planning to create multiple calendars for different regions if there's a high number of accepted submissions.
